Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All Ractiveone products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects as well as damage occurring under normal use.

Damage caused by improper use, incorrect handling, or intentional damage is excluded from the warranty.

Where can I find instructions/guides?

You can access the instructions via the QR code included with your order.

How does a claim work if something is defective? Do I need photos/videos?

Yes. Please take clear photos and (if possible) a short video of the defect so we can review your case quickly.

Then contact our customer service team with your order number and the media files.
