Everything about Revive Active

Here you'll find the key answers about the technology, use, and safety of Revive Active.

How does the technology behind Revive Active work?

Revive Active uses targeted air compression to rhythmically massage your legs and relieve your muscles. The boots build up controlled pressure and release it — like a precise, technical massage.

The 360-degree compression moulds comfortably around your legs. This helps support circulation, flush out metabolic waste, and reduce that heavy-leg feeling.

The result: lighter-feeling legs and a quality recovery routine — after training, after long days, or simply as active rest at home.

Which sports is Revive Active suited for?

Revive Active is great for any sport that puts serious demands on your legs — running, cycling, football, triathlon, fitness, Hyrox, or strength training, for example.

It's especially useful after intense sessions, long runs, heavy leg days, or competitions when your legs feel tired, heavy, or tight.

Is Revive Active only for athletes?

No. Revive Active isn't just for athletes. The boots are also great for people who spend a lot of time standing or sitting during the day, or who regularly deal with tired, heavy legs.

After a long work day, a trip, a flight, or simply as a little evening wellness ritual — Revive Active helps you give your legs the recovery they deserve.

When and how do I use Revive Active?

Best used lying down or in a relaxed seated position. Ideally, keep your legs slightly elevated so your feet aren't much lower than your hips.

This position supports the return flow from your legs and lets the compression work comfortably and efficiently.

After exercise:

Use Revive Active after training, once your heart rate has come back down — roughly 10 to 30 minutes after your session, depending on intensity. A 30 to 60-minute session at medium to high intensity can support your recovery and help your legs feel fresh again faster.

Before exercise:

Before training, you can use Revive Active for 15 to 30 minutes at low to medium intensity. This can be especially helpful if you've been sitting for a long time or your legs feel heavy and sluggish.

Everyday recovery:

You don't need to work out to benefit — use Revive Active after long days, travel, or extended periods of standing or sitting. A relaxed 30 to 60-minute session at a comfortable intensity works great.

When should I not use Revive Active?

Revive Active should not be used when there are medical reasons against compression therapy. If you're unsure or have an existing condition, please check with your doctor before use.

Do not use if you have:

  • acute thrombophlebitis or deep vein thrombosis
  • acute pulmonary oedema or acute heart failure
  • a history of pulmonary embolism
  • open, inflamed, or infected skin
  • recent fractures or a tendency towards embolism
  • peripheral arterial occlusive disease
  • uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • diabetes with peripheral neuropathy
  • circulatory insufficiency
  • severe varicose veins in the area of use
  • malignant tumours in the area of use

Consult your doctor if you have:

  • redness, swelling, or acute pain
  • osteoporosis
  • anticoagulant medication
  • increased tendency to bleed or bruise
  • a pacemaker
  • fibromyalgia or rheumatic conditions
  • joint replacements
  • cancer
  • pregnancy
  • post-operative conditions
These notes are not a substitute for medical advice. If you have existing complaints, diagnoses, or any doubt, always check with a doctor before use.
How does Revive Active support lymphatic flow?

Revive Active uses intermittent pneumatic compression. That means the boots build controlled pressure in specific zones and then release it. This alternating compression can support the natural movement of fluid through your legs.

Metabolic waste and built-up fluid can be flushed out of the tissue more easily — similar to the principle of manual lymphatic drainage. This can feel especially good when your legs feel heavy, tired, or swollen.

That makes Revive Active a simple recovery routine for lighter, more energised legs.
