When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been prepared and handed over to our shipping provider, delivery usually takes up to 10 additional business days, depending on the destination.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking number.

Please note that orders are first processed within 2–5 business days. If you have not yet received tracking information, your order may still be in processing.

If you have further questions, our support team will be happy to assist you at any time.

I did not receive a shipping confirmation – what should I do?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your personal tracking number.

Please first check your spam or promotions folder. Also make sure that the email address provided when placing the order is correct.

If you still cannot find the email, please contact our customer support — we will gladly assist you.

My package is not moving – what can I do?

After your order has been shipped, there may occasionally be delays in tracking updates. In some cases, the status is not updated daily.

However, if your package has not moved after the regular delivery timeframe of 7–10 business days from shipment, please contact our customer service. We will immediately review the status of your shipment and assist you with resolving the issue.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

A change of delivery address is only possible while your order is still being processed.

Please contact our customer support immediately if an adjustment is required. Once the order has been handed over to our shipping provider, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.

What happens if I am not at home during the delivery attempt?

If you are not present during the delivery attempt, your package will usually be left at a nearby parcel shop or pickup point.

You will receive a notification from the shipping provider with all relevant collection details.
